Our Policy

Your satisfaction is a priority at Whidby Jewelers.  However, there are some restrictions that must be applied to a purchase of merchandise.  All stock items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided they are in “like new” condition and in the original box.  We offer interest free layaway up to 6 months, with the mandate that at least one payment is made every 30 days.  Payments will be refunded if the layaway is cancelled within 30 days of purchase.  After 60 days, if no payment is made, the account will be in default and will forfeit the deposit which will act as the restocking fee.  We also offer financing as well with up to 12 months same as cash.  See sales associate for details

All sales are final on special orders and clearance items.  Thus, no refunds are permitted.  Any alterations to sale merchandise are subject to regular repair fees.

Whidby Jewelers provides complimentary gift wrapping on all items sold.
